Ricardo Aristizabal is the CEO and Founder of BpointEx. With nearly three decades of experience, Ricardo has built a distinguished career advising national and international companies on how to navigate Colombia's complex foreign trade and regulatory landscape. He founded BpointEx to serve as a strategic bridge for U.S. companies, transforming his deep, first-hand expertise in Colombian customs law and multi-sector regulatory compliance into a clear pathway for market entry and commercial success.
His hands-on experience includes preparing and filing sanitary registrations with the Ministry of Health and INVIMA , securing official tariff classifications from Colombia's customs agency (DIAN) , and structuring operations within the country's free-trade zones.
